BALLPARK PRICING INCLUDES:  These prices include protecting home with blankets, sealing off the work area with plastic, demo, wall removal, installing beam in ceiling, attaching joists with joist hangers, trash/debris removal, cleanup. All prices include our LIFETIME, transferable, structural warranty specifically written to include load bearing wall removal and is covered with $2,000,000 insurance policy. We also carry worker’s comp.

BALLPARK PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE: finish out: HVAC, electric, plumbing, sheetrock, tape/bed, trim, texture, paint, etc. But don’t worry!
