For a 2-story home with a concrete slab foundation, 10-11ft high ceilings, composite or metal roof, here are the ranges of BALLPARK prices.

The prices reflected here are representative of a standard job. Obviously, every job is different and we cannot foresee every scenario precisely. Re-routing affected plumbing, electric, gas, and HVAC are not included in this price. Prices are subject to change depending on each individual situation.

Wall removal for walls that are 8ft-20ft long: $3,750-$6,575.

Wall removal for walls that are 20ft-35ft long: $7,200-$10,350.

ADDITIONAL wall removal (2nd, 3rd, etc after 1st wall removal): $2,200-$3,400 ea.
