I want to preface this post by saying I have had very unfortunate experiences in the past with contractors. These experiences have taught me to avoid them at all costs and learn to do the project myself, unless there is work I genuinely feel I need a professional for, like removing a load bearing wall.
I was thoroughly impressed by the work Load Bearing Wall Pros performed in my home several years ago, and apologize for not reviewing sooner. They were on time, completed the work on schedule, cleaned up throughly after themselves, and management was on site through the duration of the work.

We hired Load Bearing Wall pros to remove a small wall between the kitchen and family room. They scheduled it immediately upon deposit payment, showed up as scheduled the day of the work, blocked off areas close to the job site, got to work instantly and stayed the course finishing the job with superb detail. Not a piece of trash left behind. This was by far one of the best crews and company to do remodel/reconstruction work for us. Very happy and highly recommended!

Very professional and responsive. From start till end communication was great. The crew the was amazing project manager Mario Hernandez kept me informed as the crew was working. They moved everything and covered walls with plastic sheets. They found out I was going to close a small opening and offered to frame it. I highly recommend these guys!
